Delete your account

In the app

Open OnBiters on your phone or at onbiters.com/play. Open Settings and select Delete account. Confirm the step. The app then starts again with a new guest account.

Without the app

Write to support@onbiters.com from any email address. Put “Delete account” in the subject. Tell us the device and the sign-in (Apple, Google or guest) that you use.

What we delete

We delete your profile, your game progress, your Apple or Google sign-in link, your push tokens, your device records and your invite codes. Other players no longer see your name in their Company, their Accomplice list or an invite.

What we keep

We keep purchase records so that store refunds still work. These records have a random player number and no name. Analytics events have a one-way code instead of your player number. Analytics events are removed after three months.

When

Your account stops working at once. We remove the data within 24 hours.
